1. Acceptance
By using our website, requesting quotations, or placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide:
- Product quotations
- Sales & distribution
- Technical documentation
- Reporting services
- Customer support
3. Quotations
- Prices valid for specified period only
- Taxes/duties extra unless mentioned
- Orders confirmed only after acceptance
4. Payment Terms
Public/Government Companies (Default)
Payment shall be Net 30 days from invoice date through the registered TReDs platform – M1xchange.
International/USD Orders
- 100% advance with order.
- For LC, confirmation by an Indian bank and internationally reputed bank is required.
- All LC charges borne by purchaser.
5. Additional Services
Optional services such as Excel Test Reports may be provided at USD 5 per cable/report, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Duties & Taxes
Custom duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, designs, and materials remain company property unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the order value.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore.
